Rent rules

To keep rentals safe and predictable for all customers, every booking follows a standard set of rent rules. Please review these rules before collecting the vehicle.

Vehicle Pick-Up

• Bring your valid driving license, passport or ID, and booking confirmation.
• Inspect the vehicle and confirm existing damage in the handover form.
• Deposit blocks may be required based on category and insurance option.

During Rental

• Use the vehicle only for legal and agreed travel purposes.
• Do not transfer control of the vehicle to unauthorized drivers.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, or penalties immediately to support.

Vehicle Return

• Return at the agreed time and location.
• Return the vehicle with the required fuel level.
• Final charges are calculated after return inspection.
